She studied at the Escuela de Nuria Pomares and at the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza in Madrid where she graduated with top marks.
In 1998 she joined the Ballet Nacional de España’s corps de ballet under the artistic directorship of Aída Gómez and was later promoted to soloist. After a period working outside the Ballet Nacional de España, she returned in 2005 as soloist under the directorship of José Antonio. She has been first artist of the Ballet Nacional de España since 2012.
She has danced in the companies of José Antonio, Fernando Bujones and Antonio Márquez.
