World premiere by the Ballet Nacional de España at the Teatro de la Zarzuela in Madrid, on 12 June 2015.
Alento is a clear example of Najarro’s creative style, as well as his personal view on Spanish classical dance. A memory of his choreographic background, inspired by the score of the brilliant composer, guitarist, and travel companion Fernando Egozcue, who created a very rhythmic, sensitive music. Alento wears the exquisite designs of Teresa Helbig (ACME) and is lit by Nicolás Fischtel.
