There are a lot of remains of Picasso´s relationship with dance. His costume designs made his harlequin alive, as he searched for magic in the spectacle.
Hijo del alba, a solo inspired by Picasso and performed by Rubén Olmo in his personal dancing style, represents the birth of a new life: man and artist. It shows the feelings, differences and contradictions between both of them in just one character: the harlequin.
