Guitarist
He was born in Gran Canaria and started to play the guitar when he was 7. He got his musical education from his father, the guitarist Jesús Bermúdez. Aged 12 he got his first job at Alberto Portillo’s company in the show Los flamencos somos así.
In 1995, aged 15, he joined the Al Andalus tablao, where he improved his training in accompanying flamenco dance and cante as he collaborated with a large number of artists for 14 years.
During this period, up to 2001, he also joined the companies of Luisillo, Maria Rosa, Alberto Portillo, Thomas de Madrid, Juan Ramírez and collaborated with singer Nati Mistral for several years, doing events and tours both nationally and internationally. He has also worked at other tablaos like Café de Chinitas, Corral de la Pacheca, etc.
In 2001, he joined the Ballet Nacional de España, where he has played for dancers and has participated in choreographies of bailaores, directors and musicians of the stature of Antonio Gades, Antonio Canales, Israel Galván, el Guito, Manolete, Jose Antonio, Antonio Najarro, Merche Esmeralda, Blanca del Rey, Maria Pajés, Arturo TaMay, Chano Domínguez, Juan Manuel Pajés, Juan Manuel Cañizares, etc.
In 2003, he composed music for the Ballet Nacional de España in the choreography Estampio.

Gran Canaria
